Shipping and delivery
Shipments, unless otherwise agreed, will be made by transporters defined by BIORPOF or its delegate. The goods travel at our risk.
In case of theft / loss, BIOPROF undertakes to send a new product and, if the same should be unavailable and / or out of stock, it will propose a different product, but with equivalent characteristics, with the right for the customer not to accept this new product and request the issuance of a credit note relating to the product itself.
In the hypothesis that the carrier is in charge of any title by the customer, BIOPROF will not be responsible for the loss and / or damage of the product from the moment of delivery of the goods to the carrier at its warehouses.
The goods supplied must be paid for by credit card, PayPal, bank transfer in advance.
The products purchased on bioprof.it will be delivered throughout Italy.
To receive the products quickly and comfortably and to prevent your shipment from being delayed due to storage reasons, we recommend indicating the address where you spend most of the day (e.g. workplace) or where there is a person trust that he can pick up your package.
In this case it is necessary to indicate, in addition to your personal details, the name of the place of delivery or the name of the person in charge of collecting your package.
Furthermore, for a precise and punctual delivery, we recommend always indicating a working mobile phone number.
Obviously, it is not possible for us to provide guarantees regarding delivery times as there are many variables that affect these times, many of which are not attributable to us (eg strikes, atmospheric events, special holidays, etc.). So if these times are not guaranteed, the customer will not be able to claim.
IMPORTANT!
For all orders received from 13.00 onwards, the processing of the package within the same day is not guaranteed.
We inform our customers that the courier will make 2 delivery attempts after which the package will remain in storage at the nearest office. Our staff will notify the customer by telephone inviting him to personally take care of the collection of the package.
